This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please complete your verification upon receipt of this communication to avoid delays in getting your reservation process completed.

✹ RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement upon reservation.

✹ CREDIT CARD HOLD: There is a credit card hold of $500 collected 2 days prior to arrival & released within 7 days of departure

✹ ADDITIONAL FEES - We keep things flexible so you only pay for what you need. Here are a few common extras:
