Disney Springs is Walt Disney World's open-air shopping, dining, and entertainment district, set along a waterfront in Lake Buena Vista and split into four themed neighborhoods — Marketplace, The Landing, Town Center, and West Side.

There's no admission charge, which makes it an easy evening out: browse the giant World of Disney store, ride the Aerophile balloon, catch live music, and choose from dozens of restaurants ranging from quick bites to celebrity-chef tables. Parking is free, too.

It's a short drive from our Orlando homes and a relaxed alternative to a full park day — perfect for an arrival night, a rest day, or dinner after the pool.
