✹ RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests must complete and sign the Rental Agreement upon booking the home. The main guest must upload their driver’s license or government ID. A copy of the Rental Agreement can be found under our House Rules – please take the time to review it before reserving the home.

✹ SECURITY HOLD: A $500 security hold will be processed by the host on the guest’s credit card.

✹ BACKGROUND CHECK: Upon reserving the home, you will need to complete guest verification via our third-party provider, Truvi. This is to ensure we keep up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing our guests and properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. For a seamless reservation process, please complete your verification upon receipt of the communication.

✹ NATURE & WILDLIFE: The property is located in a tropical climate. Expect to see wildlife and be exposed to critters such as squirrels, chipmunks, racoon & insects (lizards, ants, mosquitoes, spiders, ect), and the occasional friendly bug or two inside or outside the property. Rest assured, we have regular cleanings and comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters; however, bug spray is recommended if planning to enjoy the outdoor areas. This is a part of the natural tropical experience and is outside of our control.
