✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles in the large driveway, plus street parking for up to 4 vehicles. A maximum of 6 vehicles are allowed per home.
The resort charges a resort fee of $20 per vehicle per stay. If you don’t have a vehicle, a $20 resort fee is charged per
stay. Guest's contact details must be provided on the rental contract to facilitate registration at the resort.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi available throughout the home, plus several laptop-friendly surfaces.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ‘n’ Play/travel crib, high chair, stroller, and baby safety gates, available for rent/upon request. The amenities are subject to change, and no assurance is made that all described items will be available in the villa. Please inquire before arrival if you are in need of family-friendly amenities.

✹ POOL HEATING: The pool and spa can be heated for your comfort. A small additional fee of $40/night is applicable. Please advise us in advance if heating will be required during your stay.

✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: Enjoy exclusive access to the Emerald Island community amenities, including the Clubhouse, Tiki Bar, pool and spa, sauna, sports courts, nature trails, fitness center, and several playgrounds. The resort’s business center provides the ideal distraction-free setup for anyone needing to study or work during their vacation.

✹ RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests will need to sign a rental agreement upon reservation of the home. A government ID must be provided.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door. You will be provided with a unique code for the lock.

✹ All of our TVs are streaming-ready. You will need your own login to access the services.

✹ RESORT FEES: Emerald Island Resort requires separate gate registration. A $20 gate access fee per vehicle goes directly to the Resort and is separate from the owner’s fees. The owner does not collect the fees and has no control over this cost. Please note that a maximum of 6 vehicles are permitted per home.

✹ VERIFICATION: We are committed to protecting our properties, which is why we’ve partnered with Know Your Guest (Truvi), the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please be aware that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest (Truvi).

✹ LARGER GROUPS: More than 16 guests? We’ve got you covered! We have two sister properties nearby – one immediately next door and one less than two minutes drive away. Get in touch for listing details.

✹ BOOKING RESTRICTION: Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book this property. The main guest must upload their driver's license or government ID.

✹ NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on-site.

✹ CREDIT CARD HOLD: A security hold of $500 will be processed by the host on the guest's credit card.

✹ OPTIONAL ADD-ONS (ADDITIONAL FEES) - We keep things flexible so you only pay for what you need. Here are a few common extras:

✹ RENTAL AGREEMENT: A rental contract must be signed upon reserving the home. Government ID of the primary renter must be uploaded.

✹ NATURE & WILDLIFE: The property is located in a tropical climate. Expect to see wildlife and be exposed to critters such as squirrels, chipmunks, racoon & insects (lizards, ants, mosquitoes, spiders, ect), and the occasional friendly bug or two inside or outside the property. Rest assured, we have regular cleanings and comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters; however, bug spray is recommended if planning to enjoy the outdoor areas. This is a part of the natural tropical experience and is outside of our control.
